Terms of Use

Last updated October 12, 2026

The short version. This site shares what Demojura believes and what it does. Demojura is not a law firm, nothing here is legal advice, the AI on this site can be wrong, and nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship.

Who We Are

Demojura (demojura.com) is operated by Timatsu LLC, based in North Carolina. By using this site you agree to these terms. Questions go through our Contact page.

Not Legal Advice

Everything on this site is general information about Demojura and its ideas. It is not legal, financial or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer licensed where you live. Demojura is not a law firm, does not practice law and does not offer legal services, and nothing here creates an attorney-client or any other client relationship. See our Legal Notice.

Legal matters often have deadlines. If you need legal help, contact a licensed attorney promptly. If you are in danger, call 911.

Jura and Speak With Lincoln

Jura and Speak With Lincoln are AI. They are offered for learning and conversation, and they can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything that matters against the sources they name or a licensed lawyer.

The Firm MRI

The Firm MRI is a self-assessment about how a law firm operates: its files, client updates, conflicts, deadlines, billing, meeting notes and intake. Its scores come only from your own answers. It is not legal advice, not an audit, not an opinion on any firm’s compliance with the rules that govern lawyers, and not a guarantee of any result. Sending your results is optional; our Privacy Policy says what happens when you do.

Product Pages

Pages about Demojura’s products describe Demojura software. Screenshots of the Demojura app and the screens on product pages use fictional names, matters and figures. Features and names may change. Nothing on those pages is an offer to provide a service, and a product offered to you comes with its own terms.

Messages and Results You Send

When you write to us or send your Firm MRI results, send only what is yours to share, and leave out details about any legal matter. Sending a message or results does not make you a client of Demojura or of any lawyer.

Press Materials

The logo, mark and share image on our Press page may be used to refer to Demojura in news and commentary, as supplied and following the usage notes on that page. Please do not alter them or use them in a way that suggests Demojura endorses you, your product or your firm.

The sign-in page and dashboard are for the Demojura team only. Please do not try to sign in without authorization or share a team password.

You may read, share and link to this site for any lawful purpose. Please do not try to disrupt it, break its security, scrape it in bulk or copy it wholesale.

No Warranties

This site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate, but we make no promises that it is complete, current or free of errors, and plans described here may change.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Timatsu LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
